Dorothy House Hospice Care
Part of the leadership team, my role as Head of Agency was to transform the marketing team into an internal marketing communications agency to support Dorothy House in achieving its organisation objective to deliver more care to more people at end of life.
Alongside team management (both internal and external creative partners), I was responsible for the delivery of the marketing and communications strategy across website & digital channels for the core brand, retail, fundraising & education directorates.
Implemented operational systems for effective project management and digital marketing measurement to report on team effectiveness. Developed digital marketing strategies and campaigns to support the launch of new income streams.
Drove the cross directorate project to develop a segmentation model for fundraising & engagement, working along the Digital Insights & Governance leads and reporting to the Information Governance working group.
Directed digital content for the Fireflies campaign, a partnership with Bruce Munro Studio, as the Hospice began a journey to open up the grounds of Winsley House and prompt early discussion of death and dying. Launched campaigns for Sustainable September, to drive community engagement and sales for Dorothy House retail & developed brand assets and digital marketing strategy for wellness brand Ubiety.
Spearheaded the brand extension project to design & refurbish the communal spaces at Winsley House, drawing on cues from nature & the unique setting, to help patients and their families feel relaxed on arrival at the hospice.
