Designscape Architects.

Originally engaged to write copy and oversee the production of digital marketing assets and printed brand literature, I quickly took over management the practice’s social media channels using a focused keyword strategy to grow following.  It was soon realised that existing website no longer facilitated the content strategy that the practice wanted to implement, and I led the pitching process for a website design agency and the was instrumental in the subsequent scoping, briefing and approval of the new site. After the website migration, I proposed a strategic communications campaign in line with the growth ambitions of the practice and wrote optimised content for use across all digital channels.

On their journey to becoming a carbon neutral practice, I led the awareness campaign and secured the practice a place on the Architects Declare platform. I ensured both the RIBA and other listing sites remained updated and optimised with recent projects, filed awards entries, managed client testimonials, arranged photo shoots, pitched to press and design journals and wrote case studies in support of business development. In 2019, the practice was shortlisted for a Bath Life Award. During my time with Designscape Architects, I took part in regular business networking events and used a LinkedIn-centric strategy to grow contacts and secure a new business win for a master planning project in the Education sector – a sector into which the practice wished to extend their portfolio.
