At the Core

Working closely with the co-founders, as the fractional marketing lead, developed the launch strategy for At The Core, an innovative, boutique physiotherapy practice first established in Bath. Former professional football manager Paul Tisdale had witnessed first hand the positive effects tha MBST Therapy had on injured players, and with the help of former professional sport physiotherapist Adey Saunderson, the clinic was opened during the pandemic.

Having supported the team with brand material and advising website developments for search optimisation, developed the Go To Market strategy. Having researched the market opportunity, a segmentation model was suggested and a detailed communications plan for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Initially there was a need for information rich content and I was able to create evidence based case studies from early adopters. Soon these delivered some compelling client testimonials which could be used in the digital marketing and press campaigns. Video content was also helpful in building client trust & in raising the profile of the clinic.

Regional OOH advertising, press advertorials and local radio helped grow brand awareness and themed in-person events brought people to the clinic to hear from sporting celebrities and medical professionals about the benefits of magnetic resonance therapy combined with an anti-inflammatory diet can prevent or prolong the onset of inflammatory disease.

Partnership agreements were developed with local organisations to drive footfall into the clinic and generate leads for upselling MBST therapy. Within two years, the business grew and relocated to Primrose Hill, London to meet demand.
