London Hotel

A design scheme for the public areas (entrance, reception, lift, bar and lounge) of a London hotel situated on the edge of the Nine Elms regeneration district.  This project involved extensive customer profiling, competitor and market analysis to identify emergent markets before designing a ‘truly memorable front of house scheme’ for a well-established boutique country-house hotel chain embarking on their first metropolitan city residence.   Research revealed that a strong ‘sense of place’ was the key to translating the boutique concept across the hotels diverse portfolio, which was achieved by taking cues from the surrounding environs and its unique location.
