With Bath as my base, I work collaboratively with clients that have an interior design requirement. Be it a single room, entire house refurbishment, boutique hotel or office design. I relish the challenge of turning a design brief into a beautiful, memorable and engaging space.
With an honours degree in Business & Marketing tucked under my arm I first headed to London where I worked in advertising before relocating to Somerset. It was here that I was approached to lead a large office refurbishment for a creative agency in Wiltshire. While leading a number of further interior design projects, studied for a professional qualification with the KLC School of Design. After qualifying with honours, I set up my own studio.
I love being outside and often draw on the forms, colours and textures found in nature when creating designs for interiors. Our natural environment can help improve our wellbeing, inspire creativity and improve our productivity at work. Who doesn’t feel more engaged after a stroll in the park at lunch time, having lessons in an outdoor classroom or after a bracing hike?
Also keen to promote home-grown talent and beautifully designed and crafted local products, my address book includes local furniture makers, wallpaper designers, artists and artisans, as well as qualified and experienced site carpenters, joiners, electricians and decorators. Preferring to work people who understand the importance of environmental responsibility and with products that are both beautiful and sustainable, you can find out more about how I work here. Drop in and say hello on instagram. I look forward to working with you.
